“Happily, we are starting to emerge from the Covid-related challenges of the recent past. Twelve months ago, I couldn’t have believed how much PPowelectrics would have achieved at this point in time!

Covid highlighted the benefits of remote monitoring to many new industrial sectors. For Powelectrics, that has meant that 2021 was a record year, our 2022 order book is impressive and our sales pipeline has never been so strong.

Robust forecasting and strong support from our supply chain have certainly played their part. However, with ‘chipageddon’ still very much a reality, we are encouraging our historical customer base to consider their telemetry estates in light of the 2G sunset, so that we can plan production to meet their needs.”

Our expanded R&D and IIoT Solution Architecture functions have delivered flexibility to develop bespoke solutions for a range of sector-specific applications, particularly in relation to remote condition-based monitoring to prevent downtime.

Building on this, Powelectrics are now collaborating with academic institutions, creating ‘innovation’ placements for bright, young people to bring the latest knowledge and best practice to our business … offering fresh eyes, whilst gaining real-world experience. More here.
