Ameram Ltd design Aeromixer slurry air mixing systems to keep slurry in a uniform state and prevents it solidifying. This makes it easier to pump and spread and it avoids harmful gas emissions. Aeromixer operation cannot be seen in a slurry, making it difficult to detect a failure.
PowTechnology’s Metron telemetry was used to combine fault/no-fault signals with “time-of-day” and “day-of-week”. Ameram use their process expertise to identify distinct scenarios, such as failure of the mains supply or failure of a compressor to deliver air or channel failure.
