PowTechnology Exhibit And Present At The Inaugural Instrumentation Live
PowTechnology were proud to exhibit and present at the inaugural Instrumentation Live event, held at the National Conference Centre on 17th January.
As intelligent automation specialists for over 30 years, we were busy demonstrating how we harness data from sensors and machines to the cloud, using edge processing, AI and anomaly detection technologies to optimise asset reliability, performance and sustainability.
The stand was busy, as we met with customers and industry colleagues, to show our latest technologies for the design, manufacture, install and maintenance of our innovative ‘ready-to-go’ and bespoke digital transformation solutions.
Our speaker was Will Brown, an IIoT Solutions Architect with PowTechnology. He was extremely well qualified, with a degree in Physics and Maths, a Postgrad in Process Automation, Instrumentation and Control and broad practical experience encompassing instrumentation and project engineering positions within Schneider Electric and Emerson Automation Solutions, prior to his current role.

The seminar was aimed at any sensor supplier, integrator or sensor user, who could derive greater benefit from collecting and channelling sensor and instrumentation data to optimise processes.
Will used real applications to demonstrate how intelligent deployment can deliver dramatic results, even with modest investment. Measuring a few key parameters can be extremely effective to optimise efficiency, maximise resource and minimise waste.
